In the heart of the 8th arrondissement of Paris, the Madeleine, the Elysée Palace, the Faubourg Saint Honoré and Tuileries districts with the Louvre Museum, and a few minutes walking distance from the Concorde Place which was recently a major competition site for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

The rue de Surène has been home for Jean Cocteau, Jean Marais, who were devotees of the area, and in the book “Les Confidences d’Arsène Lupin“, the famous burglar lived there under the aka of Jean Dubreuil …
